Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] years old.
Your content
Character sheets, notes, journal entries, rolls and other content you create stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and show that content to you and to the members of your campaigns, only to run the service. You can export your sheets and delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, harass other people, upload content you have no right to share, try to get into accounts or campaigns that are not yours, or overload the service.
Free plan and VIP
A free account can run one campaign at a time as DM and play in any number of campaigns. VIP is a monthly subscription for a DM that lifts that limit. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; VIP stays on until the end of the period you paid for. [REFUND POLICY.] If VIP ends, nothing is deleted: extra campaigns become read-only and stay exportable.
Game content
SheetCrawler is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners of the games it supports. Game names and terms belong to their owners. Use the books you own for full rules text.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, with regular backups, but we provide the service "as is" without warranties, to the extent the law allows. [LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.]
Ending your use
You can delete your account from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Deleted campaigns can be restored for 30 days, then they are removed for good.
